We sell art prints, stationery, sewing kits, children's clothing and other creative products, including selected print-on-demand products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and prices are accurate. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and, for print-on-demand products, the production process.

Please review product descriptions, sizing information and any relevant product details before placing an order.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a refund where applicable.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout. Prices and any applicable delivery charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors, subject to applicable consumer law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Our own products have a standard shipping charge of £4.99 per order, subject to the shipping terms displayed at checkout.

Some products are made to order and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfilment partner, Printful. These products may have separate shipping charges and production times.

Orders containing products fulfilled in different ways may arrive in separate parcels and at different times. The total shipping cost will be shown at checkout.

6. Print-on-Demand Products

Certain products are produced especially for you after an order is placed, using our fulfilment partner, Printful.

Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, fulfilment location and shipping service.

Although Printful helps us produce and deliver these items, your purchase is made through Saltmeadow Moth. Please contact us if you have a question or issue with your order.

Print-on-demand products remain subject to your applicable statutory consumer rights, including rights relating to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you wish to cancel an order, return an item or request a refund, please contact us at info@saltmeadowmoth.com.

Your rights will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law. For many online purchases, consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, subject to statutory exceptions.

Certain personalised or custom-made products may be exempt from the usual change-of-mind cancellation right where the legal requirements for the exemption are met. This does not remove your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, and selected products are produced and fulfilled by Printful. We may also use payment providers and delivery services to operate our business.

These third parties provide services that support your purchase. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply to the services they provide.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under UK law.
